The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! We had a few unforeseen circumstances resulting in the recipient being away for a few days. I contacted Lori and she was so kind and understanding! She made sure the blooms were fresh even though there was a 3 day delay in delivery (I reached out on the morning of the delivery to tell her about the delay). Absolutely wonderful blooms and exceptional customer service! Wont be ordering flowers from anyone else in the area ? ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much Maria! I was truly happy to help! Although the person I spoke to when I placed the order was super nice offering to go to my mother's home and she said they didn't deliver over there. I ordered a $75 arrangement of flowers that ended up costing me $113 and it was very disappointed at how small the arrangement was. Some of the flowers were already dying so I was disappointed unfortunately but maybe it was because I ordered it too late I don't know
